These terms govern your use of bambley.com and any purchase you make from us. By placing an order you agree to them.

WHO WE ARE
Bambley is a retailer of bamboo viscose baby clothing based in Emeryville, California, United States. Contact: hello@bambley.com

PRODUCTS
We're a multi-brand retailer. The brands we carry design and manufacture their own products and ship them directly to you. We do our best to describe products accurately, including fibre content and sizing, but colours may vary between screens, and sizing varies between brands — check the size chart on each product page.

FIBRE CONTENT
Products described as bamboo are made from rayon (also called viscose) manufactured from bamboo pulp, unless a product page states otherwise. This is a manufactured fibre with a plant-based origin. We label it this way because it's accurate and because US Federal Trade Commission rules require it.

SLEEPWEAR SAFETY
Snug-fitting children's sleepwear sold in the US is certified on the basis of close fit, not flame-resistant treatment. These garments are not treated with flame retardants and are not flame resistant. For your child's safety, buy the size that fits now and do not size up in sleepwear.

PRICING AND AVAILABILITY
All prices are in US dollars. We may change prices at any time. Products are subject to availability; if an item becomes unavailable after you order, we'll contact you and refund you in full.

ORDERS
Your order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel any order, including where an item is unavailable, where there's a pricing or description error, or where we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we refund you in full.

PAYMENT
Payment is taken at checkout. We accept the methods shown at checkout. You confirm you're authorised to use the payment method you provide.

Any information we publish about fabrics, skin sensitivity or infant care is general information, not medical advice. For any medical or skin condition, consult a qualified healthcare professional.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with any product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.

CHANGES
We may update these terms. The version in effect when you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
